Q1: How can I get a catalog, price list and specifications?

A: You can download our free catalog from our website. Price list and specifications for most items can be accessible from 

our website as well. For others not included, please email us for a quote and more details. 

Q2: What's your minimum order quantity? 

A: For most of our items, we do not have requirement to minimum order quantity. 

Q3: What's your lead time (production time)?

A: Normally our lead time is 35 days. Lead time may be shorten or prolonged depending on the 

items and quantity to order. 

Q4: What’s your payment term?

A: We accept payment via bank transfer, 30% of total value to effect production, plus 70% balance to be made after goods

 ready and inspected but before shipment. 

Q5: How can I check the freight cost, and other cost to my depot?

A: Please email us the nearest sea port to your depot. We would then check with our forwarder and get back with ocean freight quote within 48hrs. You need to pay a shipping agent in your country to handle the customs clearance, and transportation of goods to your depot. 

Q6: Can I choose the color? 

A: Yes. Please view of our color sample to confirm which color you need for the PVC upholstery. Due to shortage of supply, sometimes we may not have in stock certain colors. 

Q7: What's your guarantee for the products?

A: One year guarantee for PVC upholstery, wood parts, steel parts, plastic parts, basin. 

  Two years guarantee for pump. 

Q8: Can you make custom design?

A: Yes. We welcome any custom design, and we have rich experience and professional R&D department to follow up the project. It’s always easier to make wood design, for example wood shelf, as there’s no mold needed. While for design with metal parts, for example steel armrest, customers are required to pay for the mold charge before the project launched. Besides, there’s quantity requirement for new design. Please email us for more details. 

Q9: Do you carry CE approval for your electrical items?

A: Yes. All our electric items are CE or UL approved. Our customers are mainly from North America and Western Europe with strict market access requirements.
